. The thing about Apple products is while they are amazing, they can also be pricey. When I purchased my MacBook Pro in January, I was able to get it for $200 less than retail price through Amazon and I didn't pay sales tax (7% of $1,500 is $105). $1,300 for a $1,500 laptop is a pretty sweet deal, huh?Current Apple prices on Amazon:
